went for ahm on the recent sunday. was supposed to run 21km and was so looking forward to it. BUT, thanks to my unlucky nature, it was not so. apparently someone who was holding on to my running number tag did not bring it so..."no tag, no run" i couldn't run 21km at all. knnnnnnnn. went to run 10km instead. 10km wasn't so bad nor was it good at all. i can still feel pain at my ankle and even my left ankle feels weak. wth man. need more physiotherapy.

anyways, found out that i put on weight. shall have to start working out more or else i will just die out at nat champs.
