today's training is like WOW! 3 hours under the crazy sun on my k2 with my partner. row and row and row..with REALLI little water cos we din have enough bottles. feeling super parched and tired when coach asked us to sprint 10 300m sprints. was like...WOW. sprinted like never b4..was SUPER tired and drained with no water at all..but..it was good training nevertheless.
