hmmm..had combined land training with all the freshies. did abit of gym..den led them for some sets of crunches and leg lifts and flutter-kicks and bridge.quite fun but still not enough..i need to train harder. i have seen the difference between us and other schools. i wanna push myself but my body just can't go on. i say i wanna train harder but i'm not doing it. dunno whats wrong with me. so utterly demoralised. i feel i'm such a loser. i need some motivation. got to push.
