ran for the first time since God knows when. pain was not very intense and only came after running quite a distance. good sign that i'm recovering. however my stamina is at an all-time low. gotta start building it up already. muscles feel worn out too.

screwed-up day today seriously. everything seems to be going wrong. as if i'm not stressed enough from organising my bdae party and work now YOU have to come by and give me a mini-lecture on what i should be doing.
yes, i may be wrong on my part but do i need a fucking lecture from ur fucking mouth? one mistake. one mistake is all it takes to let u shoot tat shit-mouth of yours. "you should have the initiative." ? fuck tat. not as if u're a model worker or something. if u're perfect i would have listen to u but u're not. and the fact that those words sound hurting to me just pisses me off. u may not think its much of a big deal but it is. please think about other ppl's feelings before u say something tat may hurt them, u insensitive prick.

went swimming today at the HomeTeamNS club @ bukit gombak. it was raining at first which was a terrible bummer. waited for quite sometime b4 being able to go down to swim. had a great time swimming. tiring but it felt great.
went for 50m freestyle and clocked 39 secs.
i wonder can i do better?
